The “Next Generation C-Levels” program is aimed at ambitious talent. As a Corporate Development Analyst, you will work across three of our portfolio companies as well as in the holding company. This allows you to gain exposure to different business models and operational experience. The goal is to prepare you for a leadership role in one of our companies.
Liberta Partners supports its portfolio companies holistically with strategic guidance and operational support. The Corporate Development team acts as a sparring partner to management, contributing expertise in HR, IT, Sales, Finance, and operational excellence. Targeted acquisitions further strengthen sustainable growth.
The Corporate Development team works closely with management to develop growth strategies, improve processes, and establish new structures, bringing in-depth knowledge in Human Resources, Digitalization & IT, Sales, Finance, and Operational Excellence.
