Nils has over 16 years of experience in corporate investments, M&A and corporate financing. At Liberta Partners, Nils focuses on the area of succession. Between 2013 and 2019 he worked as a partner at the investment company ARCUS Capital. Before joining ARCUS, he worked for the investment company First Reserve and before that for several years at Merrill Lynch in the M&A department. Nils studied business administration at the Universities of Maastricht, Bocconi and Escuela de Alta Dirección y Administración (EADA). Nils is on the advisory board of a medium-sized printing holding and actively supports strategic development.
