We are industry agnostic and thereby focus on corporate carve-outs and succession situations. We also invest in restructuring situations if such companies have significant development potential. Furthermore, the target company should meet the following criteria:
- Turnover between EUR 15 million and EUR 200 million
- Headquarter in Germany, Austria or Switzerland (in exceptional situations also in neighboring countries)
- Important market participant in a stable market
- Operational and strategic improvement potential
- Our focus lies on majority acquisitions
- Equity investment of up to EUR 15 million per transaction
