Liberta Partners supports further growth of the NOBIX Group – Huth Communications joins the corporate group
Munich, July 17, 2025 – The investment company Liberta Partners is driving the targeted expansion of the NOBIX Group: With the acquisition of Huth Communications GmbH, an IT system house based in Kehl specializing in tax advisors and medium-sized businesses, the group is strengthening its DATEV and VoIP expertise and expanding its presence in southwest Germany.
Huth Communications supports tax advisory firms and medium-sized companies in the areas of IT infrastructure, DATEV solutions, and modern VoIP telephony. Founder Sebastian Huth will remain on board as Managing Director, contributing his many years of experience to the group.
