Munich, Zurich and Geneva, 02.07.2024 – Liberta Partners, a Munich-based multi-family holding, has acquired leading Swiss e-commerce player DeinDeal AG (“DeinDeal”) from Ringier who owned the majority of DeinDeal since 2015.
Founded in 2010, DeinDeal has established itself as a leading Swiss online marketplace for fashion, home & living, travel, as well as lifestyle products and services. The company specializes in flash sales with daily offers, sold exclusively via www.deindeal.ch, the DeinDeal app, and www.my-store.ch.
With locations in Zurich and Geneva, DeinDeal generated revenues of over CHF 100 million in 2023, placing it among the top 10 e-commerce portals in Switzerland. The company annually ships more than 1,000,000 parcels nationwide in less than two days, ensuring fast and reliable service for DeinDeal’s customers.
