Why was our portfolio day once again an incomparable and successful event for the management teams of the portfolio companies this year?

đŸ€“ Knowledge exchange: The day offers the perfect platform for exchanging experiences and best practices. The management teams benefited from practical lectures and exchanged ideas profitably in interactive discussions.

đŸ€ Networking: It was a unique opportunity for the management teams to network personally. Since our portfolio companies often have similar topics and concerns, they can exchange ideas on an equal footing and benefit from each other. We also subsequently created a digital platform for ongoing exchange.

💡 Key topics: Sales scaling, end-to-end digitalization of the order-to-cash process and an innovative employee strategy were the focus of our lectures and discussions. We had coordinated these focal points with the management teams in advance in order to address the “burning” topics.

🌍 Think outside the box: Portfolio Day opened doors to new perspectives and views. Many questions were asked and discussed, ideas were shared and learned from each other.

👂Listen: This year, too, we collected feedback from all participants afterwards in order to be able to respond even better to the needs of the management teams next year. With an overall rating of 9 out of 10 ⭐, we are encouraged to continue holding Portfolio Day.

🎉 Celebrate successes: There was no shortage of fun either. On the welcome evening we got together for a get-together and factory tour at ght GmbH Elektronik Im Verkehr & Kienzle Automotive GmbH to get to know each other. After the intensive day, we ended the second evening with Nuremberg bratwurst and drinks afterwards.
